Q. What is Wowzza! and how does it benefit me?

A. Wowzza! is a Professional Social Network, professional means that everyone that is a member of the Social Network has paid $32.95 to sign up. That is an ongoing monthly fee to keep your membership.

Our members benefit from being involved in Wowzza! by interacting with the other thousands of members, most of them, Network Marketers, Affiliate Marketers and Home Business People.

Your existing business will have much more success when you have access to so many other people in the same Industry. We have the "Who's Who" in Network Marketing, we also have experienced full time, hard working Networkers, experienced part time Networkers and people just getting started.

That combination of members creates a strong environment of helping, learning, sharing, joint venturing & growing your personal Network.

We will also have members only training, special guests and experts, all available to members only and all recorded so that you can watch or listen at anytime.

Q. Can I join the Wowzza! Social Network for Free?

A. No, all members pay our $32.95 monthly fee. This cost is for Wowzza! it is not for WowzzaPower! which we include at no extra cost.

Q. Can I join Wowzza! from Wowzza.com, without joining WowzzaPower!?

A. No. All members of Wowzza! must first sign up at WowzzaPower! That is where our payment options are and our compensation plan is managed through WowzzaPower!.

Q. I joined WowzzaPower! and upgraded my account (You Paid), how do I get to the Social Network?

The WowzzaPower! marketing system and the Wowzza! Social Network are separate, they run on different domain names, software and servers, so all paying members need to create an account at Wowzza! also, in addition to the account you created when you signed up for WowzzaPower!, the account you create at Wowzza! is called your Profile.

The link to the Wowzza! sign up form is located in your WowzzaPower! members area. If you are a free member, you will not see this link until you upgrade.

Q. Do I have to participate in the business opportunity?

A. No. You are welcome to sign up, become a member of our Social Network and not participate in our compensation plan. You would still pay the monthly fee but we are happy to remove your personal details from the matrix.

Q. How does the WowzzaPower! Marketing System work?

A. WowzzaPower! is a powerline marketing system. That simply means that everyone is given their own personal affiliate link to promote with, that link would take a visitor to a page that asks them to fill out a form to take a free tour of our web site.

That person is now considered a free member, they can opt out anytime.

When that person decides that they do want to be involved in Wowzza! they would simply upgrade their free account to a paid account by clicking the Upgrade link on their own personal web site.

You cannot upgrade from any other web site except the one coded with your own ID, even free members are given a coded web site link.

The marketing system builds one straight line, called a Powerline, this line shows the activity company wide, it is not a reflection of your own matrix or group.

You are not paid commissions on any WowzzaPower! member that is not in your organization (Matrix), even though you will see people after you in the Powerline, free members and paid members.

That is just a view of the overall company activity.

Q. How and when am I paid commissions.

A. WowzzaPower! uses GlobalXchange International to pay out commissions.

You will put your eMail address that you want to use for your GlobalXchange account in your WowzzaPower! members area, we will send commissions to that eMail address, you will get an eMail from GlobalXchange letting you know that you have received commissions from us.

You will follow the instructions in the eMail and create a GlobalXchange account. If you already have an account with them, you are welcome to use that one, just put that eMail address in your WowzzaPower! profile.

GlobalXchange will direct deposit into your bank account or you can order the debit card for only $12.95. You are ordering the debit card from GlobalXchange, not from WowzzaPower!.

International members would certainly want to get the debit card and in some cases would have to get it in order to take money out of GlobalXchange.

We pay monthly commissions on the 15th or as close to the 15th as possible, of the following month and fast start commissions are paid weekly on Tuesdays/Wednesdays and are two weeks behind to take into account our 10 day refund policy.

The week runs from Monday to Sunday.

Q. Where can I find the compensation plan?

A. Our compensation plan is located on the Income page, that link is on the top link bar of most of our pages. Join one of our conference calls to learn about anything that you may not understand.

Q. Will I get "Spillover"?

A. Spillover is a term created by marketers to hype you into signing up for something for all the wrong reasons. WowzzaPower! does not promote, promise or even agree with the "Spillover" issue.

You should only sign up for Wowzza! & WowzzaPower! if you want our service, which is the Wowzza! Professional Social Network and want to earn an income by building your business.

You should not join any business opportunity based on "Spillover" or even just for the income opportunity, you should always choose a business that provides a product or service that you actually want.

Promising Spillover or promising to build someone else's downline in any way is against our policy. Your account will be removed if you are found to be doing this.

Q. Will I make money?

A. We don't know that. You may or may not earn an income. WowzzaPower! does not make any income claims or promises and it is against our policy for any member to do so.

Your income will be a direct result of your experience, resources, ability, effort and the amount of time you put into your Wowzza! Business.

Q. Can I promote my "Tour" page?

A. No. That link is shown in your back office so that you can view the entire web site at anytime, it is for your information only. Promoting this page would bypass the form on the main page (your advertising link) and that person would not actually be a member, our form is not a "Capture Page" to collect information, it is a Free Tour Sign Up Form.

Q. I am a free member, can I promote my Advertising Link and Earn Commissions.

A. No. If you are a free member, you should not promote your Advertising link.

You will not be paid on any sign ups that you may get so you should not promote WowzzaPower! & Wowzza! unless you have upgraded your own account.

Free members are not eligible for any commissions.

Q. Why have free members at all then?

Free members are people that have taken the Free Tour, that is all, they do not receive any member benefits. It is simply a way for people to get into the system and see what we offer, plus, even see the members area although a little different from the paid members area.

Free members can also see the Powerline activity. All free members have an ID, just like paid members and when upgraded, that ID will remain the same.

This is just a good way for people to see everything and make an informed decision.

Q. Can I import leads into the system from my back office or right on the form on my Advertising page?

A. No. You cannot import leads into our marketing system, we are not an autoresponder company. You also cannot fill out the form for other people, unless you have spoken to that person and they have asked you to put their information in the form. This means, you cannot put in leads, prospects, contacts or anyone else that has not specifically asked you to fill out the form for them.

Anyone found to be filling out the form with information of people that did not ask them to do that for them, which would normally only be family members, close friends or business contacts, will be removed from WowzzaPower! and Wowzza! immediately.

Q. What is your Spam Policy?

A. We have a zero tolerance spam policy, if you are found to be spamming, you will be removed.
In 2008, we should not have to tell anyone what Spamming is, you know what it is, we know what it is, the whole Internet community world wide understands what spam is, don't do it.

Q. Who owns Wowzza! & WowzzaPower!?

A. Wowzza! & WowzzaPower! were founded by Jim Vigilante. There are others involved in the financial, legal and corporate structure of Wowzza! but they are not involved in the day to day activities of the company and choose not to be "out in front" of the business.

Q. How do I contact the company?

A. Please use our contact form located on the Contact Us page or the Help Desk, the Help Desk is the best way for members to contact Wowzza & WowzzaPower if you need help.

Wowzza & WowzzaPower does not use eMail as a form of communication because there are too many ways for the eMail to get missed, blocked, lost, etc. Important eMails that are not received are the main reason for miscommunication. We do send company updates to our members using eMail, but the updates are also put into the members area, please do not send eMails to the company, it is no longer a safe, effective form of business communication.
