Incident Or Question Per Ticket! Our Help Staff Is Not Equipped To
Answer More Than One Question Per Ticket. It bogs them down because
they have different levels of experience, some of our help staff can
answer more than one question at a time, but its really better if you
wouldn't mind posting ONE ISSUE PER TICKET.
We are working on a completely
new help system that answers most of your questions even before you
ask them! (Artificial Intelligence) but this will take some time to
set up. As we are new and have almost a dozen people helping us with
help tickets, we will do our best to answer them on a first in/first
out basis.
Some
tickets still might take 48-72 hours or more to get good responses
out. We are working around the clock to
rectify this!
